How I Work:
The first, very important step in the process is to make sure we are a good fit for each other. Once we decide to move ahead, there are a number of core principles that will underlie all the work we do together.
Who I Work With:
If you choose Allen Freeman CFP® we’ll be working together closely and getting to know each other very well. So, before we start, we need to make sure I’m the right financial advisor for you.
Is This You?
Our approach works well if:
You want to spend less time on your finances and more time doing the things you really enjoy with your family and friends.
You budget well, and are a smart household manager, but you’re not sure where to start when it comes to planning for the future – you need a roadmap.
You have a plan but wonder “Am I saving enough or too much?”, “Should I be investing more aggressively or more conservatively?”, and “Am I on track to achieve my financial goals?”
You want a balanced financial strategy – one that will take care of you and your family in the future, but also allow you to savor the here and now.
You desire to engage a Certified Financial Planner™ CFP® - you understand the importance of working with someone with a professional designation.
You recognize that money is simply a tool to help you achieve the things that are most important to you and your family.
You’re interested in a long-term relationship with a Personal Family CFO and not just the latest investment tips and techniques delivered one transaction at a time.
What I’m looking for:
I have a small, select group of clients, each of whom I count as a friend. I work best with people who appreciate the advantages of having professional advisors and who value open, honest feedback.
When we talk about finances, you’ll be interested in sustainable growth to get you where you want to be – not how to get a ‘fast buck’ through ‘hot investment tips’. But it’s not all about figures – we’ll also be chatting about family, friends and your personal passions.
Do you think we’d make a good fit?
If so, contact me and let’s organize a no-obligation introductory consultation.
LONG TERM CARE FOR THE SEMI AFFLUENT
What is your greatest concern about retirement?
For some, it is living longer than their money.
Three financial risks may cause you to outlive your assets:
1. Spending too much,
2. Poor investment returns and
3. Long-term care expenses.
With proper planning, all three risks can be minimized!
Many people don’t purchase long-term care coverage because it may not be affordable, given their current monthly budget. Others dislike the idea of paying premiums but never collecting benefits if there is no need to file a claim.
This strategy may work well to compliment your wealth management plan.
